Private Thai cooking class dishes : Choose 4 dishes (everyone have to cook the same) in advance so that I can prepare some ingredients. Choose from the list below or if it’s not in the list, please let me know the name of that dish.
A DAY AT COOKING CLASS
Start from pick you up at a hotel lobby around 9.00AM to 9.15AM in the morning.
Then visit a local Thai fresh market which have vegetables mushroom fruits meat rice etc.
Show you my home garden for herbs and vegetables such as Kaffir lime leaves Lemongrass Pandan leaves etc.
We will cook authentic Thai food at my house which recipe from culinary school I studied hotel kitchen experiences and my mom who can cook wonderful Northern Thai foods.
Small group of 4 people Return to a hotel around 2PM.
