We had a great day with Arm at the Small House cooking school - he was knowledgeable, great company, and made us feel very welcome. A really memorable experience!

our day started with a drive to the local market to pick up ingredients for our food-full day.. Arm did a great job explaining... read more the different ingredients & how to pick them. then a quick drive later we were at a Small House Cooking School.. Arm was well prepared and had things ready for us to go. it was a fun, instructive, and hands-on cooking class..
it was nice to be able to pick the dishes we wanted to cook as we had already some favorites in mind. all the dishes were delicious (and WITHOUT the use of MSG - which seems to be commonly used in thailand)... we enjoyed our 4 courses and a basket full of exotic fruits that we had never tried before.

this was a delightful day & would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a small group/private cooking class from a trained chef 🙂 we can't wait to make some of these dishes again!

Arm himself: he is a very friendly, knowledgable and generous host. Learing about the ingredients we cooked with and how best to prepare them for our dishes. Sitting down and enjoying the delicious food we made with Arm and the other class members. Coming home with the confidence to recreate these dishes with the help of the recipe book Arm provides after the class. In addition, this class is also great value when compared with other cooking courses available. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who loves eating - and wants to learn more about cooking - Thai food.
