Brass wok is one of the authentic essental tools in Thai Kitchen. It’s used for making Thai desserts that’s because of evenly heat distribution and doesn’t stick to food when we heat it. Brass wok is also used for deep-fried food.

How to clean and maintain its shine

To clean a brass wok by using a tamarind fruit/juice/paste or lime (acid) rub all over the brass wok then rinse with water. It will maintain its shine as new.
