An authentic Thai food recipe for making your own coconut cream and fresh coconut milk by hand.
Fresh coconut cream is the first squeeze of the mature coconut (brown skin) which is creamy and oily.
Fresh coconut milk is the second squeeze of the mature coconut with more water added.
Preparation :
- Mature coconut (brown skin)
- Knife
- Shredding tool
- Strainer or Sieve
- 2 mixing bowls
- 400ml of warm water
