Mango Thai fruit can be eaten fresh. The flavor varies from turpetine-like to sweet. All species can be consumed young or ripe. Some popular recipes include mango sticky rice and coconut cream, mango icecream, mango cake and mango juice. The most popular ripe Mango Thai fruit are Ok-Rong, Nahm-Dawg-Mai, Chok-Anan and Mahachanok.
