Gluten-Free Thai cooking class in Chiangmai. At Small House Thai cooking school, we will use rice noodles instead of egg noodles, curry made with coconut milk and cooked jasmine rice. There are some seasonings that contain gluten such as soy sauce fish sauce and oyster sauce. We will use the brand that have gluten-free soy sauce and gluten-free fish sauce for a cooking class.
Many Thai dishes are naturally gluten-free or no celiac problem but soy sauce and oyster sauce which are normally used in noodle soup and stir-fried vegetable or noodles such as a famous Pad Thai Pad See Ew. Another Thai food that have gluten is deep-fried Thai foods such as chicken fish pork banana and potato which contain wheat flour making its crispy texture.
